- No leads generated by custom registrations (except in case of education leads), surveys, incentivized processes, voice broadcasting (press 1 campaigns/ prerecorded phone messages), or spam email
- No calls made to consumers on any Do Not Call lists in process of generating telemarketer leads or live transfers
- No leads that are predated, oversold, or that have manipulated data
- Quality leads that safeguard consumer intent
- That you have a privacy policy and abide by it (if leads generated online)
- Honest representation of leads you offer + fair return policy
- Ability to deliver consistent reliable quantity
- Opt-in Internet leads ideally with date, time stamp, and IP address
- Compliance with state and federal laws in your lead generation efforts
- Abide by terms of our Next Wave Vendor Agreement
- Ability to provide IP address, screen shots, source URL, privacy policy if needed to prove that a given consumer indeed opted in (if leads were Internet generated)
- Leads that are either, scrubbed to ensure they are not on Do Not Call lists prior to sale to Next Wave or leads that have not been scrubbed because they are Internet generated in the last 90 days and an Established Business Relationship has been created whose protection under Safe Harbor Guidelines will extend to Next Wave clients as long as Next Wave clients call the lead within 90 days of the date the consumer filled out the online request form.
- Maintain an online privacy policy informing consumers that by filling out the form online consumer authorizes company who owns the form or lead resellers the company works with to provide their information to numerous financial services firms in the interest of getting consumers the help they requested.
- Ad creatives and landing pages that do not make any legally noncompliance claims
- Ability to run our suppression file. Allowing your to only provide accepted leads as per our reject report.
