We do our utmost to obtain from our vendors the date and time each consumer filled out an online request and the IP address of the computer from which they made the request so that we can verify a consumer really is interested before we share their information with an insurance agent or other financial services firm and so we can prove that the consumer truly did request a financial quote in the event of a consumer complaint. Some vendors choose to not send us IP with every lead yet guarantee they can send individual IPs upon request to help alleviate any complaints.
