surveys, courthouse records, credit bureau trigger leads, or any
incentivized means.
- leads that are validated and formatted to pre-defined standards.
For example leads that are free of duplicates, bad words, bogus
names, phones without 10 digits, invalid area codes, or zip codes
not matching state, invalid emails, and that have had most disconnected
phone numbers removed
- mortgage prospects that have at least $100,000 loan amount, mostly
above $100,000 property value, mostly above 6.5 % interest rate
if fixed rate, max 85% LTV, do not have poor credit, and that are

are
granted access to that information. We do not ever collect social
security numbers, birth dates, bank account numbers of consumers,
or any other sensitive information other than the information consumers
voluntarily provide
in the interest of facilitating talking with a mortgage or debt
professional and
any information we do aggregate we use solely for the purpose of
helping that consumer get the help he/she desires.
The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable
information
are kept in a secure environment. We have security measures in place
to
protect against the loss, misuse, alteration, or theft of the information
under
our control. We use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt data and
use
servers housed behind one big firewall. The URLs used to access
data are
all preceded with https instead of http, which also indicates that
a secure connection is being maintained. The data is housed in the

FAQ
1.
How do I get started?
You get started by contacting Next Wave and letting us know you
are
interested in becoming a vendor. If you adhere to the best practices
our
buyers have come to expect from Next Wave, we will give you a user
name
and password and set up account paramaters under which we will accept
leads from you and allow you to start uploading leads into our system.
2.
How do I upload leads?
Once you login, then you will upload your file which must be in
.xls format
(.csv or .xlsx not yet supported) and then you will set up mapping
your
headers to our headers. After mapping you will be asked to specify
the lead type, customer account, etc that you are uploading and
then select either notify or ignore depending on whether you want
to be notified of formatting errors so you can fix the errors before
uploading or whether you prefer to just upload and have those leads
with formatting errors rejected along with any leads rejected for
duplicate or other reasons.
Once upload is finished, you can go back to prior screen and choose
your file and click open selected in order to see upload results.
This upload report will also be emailed to you telling you how many
have been rejected
and why.
Please do not upload more than 4000 leads at a time to avoid chance
of server timeout. At present it takes about 3 minutes per thousand
leads to upload a file.
3.
How will I get paid for my leads?
You will be paid by whatever payment method you prefer as per whatever
payment terms we worked out which can be as soon as same day once
system has determined what amount is owed for leads uploaded or
if you
are uploading leads daily then we will usually pay Monday for leads
that were accepted Monday - Friday of prior week.
We pay most people just a set amount per lead but our system can
also accomodate a revenue share model.
You will be able to track earnings in real time over any date range
you desire
by viewing leads sent minus initial system returns and any additional
buyer returns that come in within 5 days of receipt of your file.
